Purchasing
- Step 1: Choose the firearm you would like to purchase in our store.
Step 2: Add it to your cart, and check out with your personal address as the shipping address during the checkout process (make sure your credit card mailing address is the same as your shipping address). An order confirmation email will be send to you after checkout.
Step 3: Locate a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer near you that will transfer the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Store, Gun Range or Pawn Shop that holds a current FFL license and will process your transfer. If you are in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area you may also choose "Local Store Pick Up" during checkout.

Step 4: Notifiy your dealer to email us a copy of their current FFL to ffl@wsmtactical.com
Step 5: Once we receive the dealer's information, we will package and ship the firearm to their mailing address so that they can do the FFL transfer for you. We will provide you with the shipping tracking number so that you know exactly when your firearm arrives at your local FFL dealer.
Step 6: Once the Firearm is at your local FFL dealer, they should contact you to complete the background check (form 4473) at their facility. When you are ready to pick up your firearm, make sure to inspect for any damage and that it matches what you ordered. If there are any problems, do not accept the transfer. We will gladly have the firearm picked up and returned to us at our expense.
Note: Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair, or replacement.
Most dealers charge a small fee for their services in the transfer, typically $20. You will be responsible to pay their fee.

- Q: How old do I have to be to purchase a firearm online?
A: You must be at least 18 or older to purchase a rifle or shotgun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun. Check your local & state laws.
Q: Can I purchase ammunition online?
A: Yes, most states allow ammunition to be shipped directly to your home or place of business.
- All ammunition will be shipped Fedex or UPS ground.
- Ammunition cannot be shipped air freight, due to shipping regulations.
- Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
- For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
- Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
- Check your local laws for any other regulations before making an order.
- Note: Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle & shotgun ammunition, and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Please check your state laws for regulations.

- Q: I would like to buy ammunition with my order. Can they be shipped with my gun?
A: No, Ammunition and Firearms must be shipped separately. - Q: How do I return an item I have purchased?
A: Returns are accepted for merchandise that is defective. WSM Tactical will provide a refund, or exchange on all defective firearms, prior to transfer, and accessories found defective within 30 days. WSM Tactical will also arrange for the defective items to be picked up and returned to us. Please see our Returns & Replacements section below for information on how to process your return.
